Tanzania High Court overturns arrest, extradition order against 'Sativa'

Sativa, represented by Advocate Jebra Kambole, had filed the appeal challenging the decision, proceedings and orders issued by the Kisutu Resident Magistrate’s Court on November 28, 2025, in Criminal Application No. 28115 of 2025.
