Sh40 billion needed to prevent HIV, syphilis infections in newborns

Tanzania needs to invest about $15.6 million (more than Sh40 billion) over the next four years to help eliminate mother-to-child transmission of HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B by 2030, according to a new study.
