Fight over Sh7.6bn Outer Ring BRT project tender lands in court

A Nairobi contractor has gone to court to stop the award of a Sh7.6 billion Bus Rapid Transit contract, arguing that the procurement process is unconstitutional and risks causing irreparable business harm.
