Bitter family dispute over five trademarks as businessman seeks Sh16 billion compensation

A bitter dispute over ownership of five business trademarks between members of the same family has landed before the High Court, with one brother accusing another of infringing trademarks he claims to have registered and seeking Sh16 billion in compensation.
